15+ year-old established builder delivering award-winning projects across Sydney – hotels, high-end commercial, luxury resi ($100M+ builds)

Location
Head Office in Sydney CBD – with parking on site and projects all in metro Sydney (nothing past the Inner West!)

Scope of Role
This is not a site-based role – you’ll oversee safety across every project in the company.

You’ll work directly with leadership to own and drive WHS systems, culture, and compliance across multiple major builds at once.

Must-Have Experience:
5+ years in WHS roles across construction (Tier 2 or Tier 3 builders ideal)

Experience managing safety across multiple projects or as a senior safety lead

Strong communicator who leads by example and can influence at all levels
