Their culture is both friendly and professional, and have a 60 person IT team to help underpin their business.
They offer a hybrid work environment (3:2) and are close to public transport (Metro & buses). There's also parking on site.
About the Role
MS Dynamics is a core application utilised by most areas of the business. They have a team of 7 who are handle development of the system and also provide high level support to the platform. CRM/CE is the real focus for the team & the company. They handle a lot of automation via Power Platform and also run the Dynamics ERP system as well.
The role is a mix of development & leadership. You'd still be hands on, cutting code 30-40% of the time, so you still need to be a hands on dev, but there's a significant leadership/mgmt component, where you are prioritising projects, interfacing with the business, contributing to architecture, managing the backlog, helping the other devs overcome roadblocks, and overseeing their development & growth.
You equally need to be a strong communicator, able to engage with a range of stakeholders, and be a strong leader, able to motivate, mentor & encourage drive innovation.
So maybe you're a Snr Dynamics Dev itching to become more managerial. Or an established Tech Lead/Architect looking for your next step. Maybe someone who is tired of consulting land. Any of these background could be a great fit. Regardless you need to be very confident & comfortable cutting code, experience as a manger/leader, and need to have strong & current experience with Dynamics.
