The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of this market leading Australian technology company reporting into an experienced technology CFO. You will work with a collegiate team of peers and partner closely with the Executive team members to deliver quality business analysis and commercial insights. The CFO will rely on you for key financial and commercial support for a broad range of matters. Key responsibilities will include:

• Analysis and business case development.
• Leading group financial planning and analysis.
• Overseeing complex financial and operational modelling, and technical analysis.
• Building relationships with and providing support to key operational and divisional stakeholders.
• Responsibility for co-ordinating the management accounting and planning function for the Group.
• Partnering with Divisional Business leaders to accurately implement financial strategy and analyse results.
• Drive process improvements and planning efficiencies as the role develops
• Being a key sounding board for CFO and Board level regarding business wide operational performance.
• Building relationships with key non-finance stakeholders within the organization.
• Co-ordinating the financial modelling, project analysis and business intelligence for the group.
• Establish framework for multi-currency reporting as the Group expands internationally into new markets.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified and be an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with a desire to progress your career with a newly created role where you can establish a best practice reporting framework. Ideally you will have exposure working in an ASX listed or multinational organisation with scale and complexity. You will have the confidence and credibility to build relationships with senior executives and manage multiple projects. You will have a passion for driving process improvements and demonstrate initiative.
