Seeking a Site Manager to take the reins on $50M Highrise Luxury Residential project in the Northern Beaches from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities

Manage site teams, trades, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations

Drive construction schedules and quality control

Collaborate closely with Project Managers and consultants

Lead a strong culture of safety, accountability, and high performance

What You Bring

Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on $50M + residential or mixed-use projects

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

In-depth knowledge of NSW building codes and OH&S practices

Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management abilities

Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction or related field (highly regarded)
