Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will provide cover over the busy lunchtime period. This role demands a bubbly, friendly demeanour with a desire to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Handling client inquiries, both in person and over the phone

Greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner

Managing interview bookings

Maintaining accurate call logs and confidential information

Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry

Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Key Skills

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds

Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

A warm, friendly, and professional demeanour with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional client care

A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

Compassion, empathy, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
