Two positions available: We are a Physio and Pilates practice embarking on exciting changes and we are looking for our next two team members! Immediate start available.

You’re good at taking care of customers’ needs, being resourceful and solving problems. You like to deliver above and beyond customer service, are process-driven with excellent attention to detail. You enjoy a high level of responsibility and getting things done. You enjoy working independently and you’re now looking for the opportunity to focus on what you do great, stay busy and build your career in front desk management.

We have a warm and welcoming team who work hard and are passionate about providing the highest level of care and results for our client. We provide physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, myotherapy, ONERO, GLA:D and have an in-house podiatrist we refer to as well. In addition, we have a beautiful modern clinic with gait scan technology, AxIT diagnostic strength assessment tool, and a fully equipped 100sqm gym including squat racks, cable machines, Pilates reformers and trap table.

Our roster includes shifts between the hours of 8am to 8pm Mon – Thurs, 9am-7pm Fri, and 8am to 2pm Sat. Flexibility is provided. The role is permanent part-time and offers 10-15 hours per week. You will be provided with training and support.

We currently have two roles available:

Permanent Part-Time Receptionist 10-15 hours a week

Permanent Part-Time Red Light Therapy Technician + Supporting Receptionist - building to 3-4 shifts a week, 4-5hrs per shift (would suit someone with a beauty therapy and admin background)
