Be part of something bigger. Help shape the future of mental health.

At Richmind WA, our vision is bold — to lead the transformation of mental health and wellbeing in Western Australia. Every person on our team plays a role in shaping a system that puts people first, lives and breathes recovery, and champions innovation.

As we roll out our IT & Systems Plan, we’re taking a big step forward in how we deliver services — and we’re looking for a Systems Analyst who’s ready to join us on that journey.

This is your opportunity to…

  • Drive real impact by designing and improving enterprise systems that support life-changing mental health services.
  • Work across platforms like Salesforce, ELMO, NetSuite and SharePoint to implement and optimise solutions that help our teams do their best work.
  • Join a team that values inclusion, growth and bold thinking — where your expertise in systems analysis directly helps us build a stronger, more responsive organisation.

What You’ll Do

As a Systems Analyst, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to map user needs, translate them into digital solutions, and help bring those solutions to life. You’ll support and refine enterprise applications, provide guidance to internal users, and ensure our systems are secure, compliant and aligned to our mission.

Whether it’s designing technical workflows or working with stakeholders to improve the user experience, your work will support the delivery of compassionate, recovery-oriented care across the state.

A snapshot of your day-to-day

  • Analyse, design, and implement enterprise systems solutions that align with organisational goals
  • Collaborate across teams to gather business requirements and drive system improvements
  • Configure and optimise Salesforce, ELMO, SharePoint, NetSuite, and other key applications
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business users, ensuring successful adoption of new features
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user guides
  • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery
  • Work closely with vendors to manage system updates and troubleshoot performance issues
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to data governance and compliance standards
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation across Richmind WA’s digital landscape

Is This You?

You’re a natural problem-solver with a passion for systems that make life easier for the people using them. You see the bigger picture, but you’re not afraid to dive into the detail. You bring a mix of curiosity, collaboration, and capability — and you’re ready to use your skills in service of something meaningful.

You’ll bring:

(We know not everyone ticks every box — if you’re close, we still encourage you to apply!)

  • Tertiary qualification or 5+ years’ experience in systems analysis, enterprise software or related fields
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (Salesforce, ELMO, SharePoint, NetSuite)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery environments
  • Platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, NetSuite SuiteFoundation) a plus
  • An understanding of data privacy, security and system integration best practices
  • Lived experience of mental health recovery or as a family member of someone on a recovery journey is welcomed and highly valued at Richmind WA.

Why Join Us?

We’re not your average mental health organisation — we’re leading change. Our 2024–28 Strategic Plan is called Shaping the Future, Today for a reason. We're brave, bold, and grounded in our values:

  • Living and breathing recovery
  • Being brave and exploring
  • Putting people first
  • Being passionate about inclusion and belonging
  • Listening deeply and learning

At Richmind WA, you'll find:

  • Salary packaging up to $18,640 (more money in your pocket)
  • 4 weeks of annual leave + wellbeing leave + your birthday off
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning and career development
  • A culture that values courage, curiosity, and compassion
  • A hybrid-friendly approach (for the right person, flexibility is on the table)

Ready to Apply?

Let us know who you are and how your experience aligns with what we’re looking for. Send in your resume and a short cover letter that tells your story.

Applications are reviewed as they come in — so don’t wait.

Questions? Email: [email protected]

Before you apply, make sure you’ve got:

  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get one)
  • Current Driver’s Licence

It Takes Courage — To Apply

We know applying for a new role isn’t always easy — but if you’re ready to use your skills to help shape the future of mental health in WA, we’d love to meet you.

Please note, this position is onsite in Perth, Western Australia.
