Luma is seeking applications for a Data Analyst. You will provide essential data analysis and operational support to Luma’s team of practitioners – this includes General Managers, Counsellors, Advocates, and Case Workers. You will work to support and participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the smooth implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, or replacements.

You'll be working on a full-time basis. This role is fixed term for 12 months, with the possibility of further extension. Your role will focus on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of Luma’s organisational systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Operational Support: Provide a high level of service to system users by ensuring timely and proactive resolution of system requests and issues, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Reporting: Develop and analyse high-quality and timely reports from multiple platforms and sources to support organisational decision making.

System Support: Provide support, assistance, and training to internal staff and students to maximise effective use of organisational systems.

About you:

Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and the use of relevant analytical tools and systems.

Proven ability to proactively identify, analyse, and resolve system issues efficiently and effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear support and training to a diverse range of users.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve shared objectives and KPIs.

Experience in contributing to or leading continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in relation to system enhancements or upgrades.

Previous work experience in PowerBI and SQL Databases is highly desirable.
