An established accounting firm is looking for an organised and personable Receptionist to take ownership of their front desk and provide essential admin support. Description
- Be the friendly face and calming voice at the front desk, welcoming clients and handling phone and email enquiries
- Own the daily admin rhythm: mail, errands, banking, lunch runs, you name it, you've got it covered
- Support the team with important admin tasks including working with the ATO, ASIC, and tax agent portals
- Keep the wheels turning behind the scenes so the client facing work can shine
- Work closely with leadership while being the backbone of the office
Profile
- Loves being the organiser, the helper, the "go to" person in the room
- Brings strong admin and communication skills and knows their way around Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Has some experience in a similar role, ideally in professional services or an accounting environment but open to other industry's
- Is mature minded, reliable, tech savvy and thrives in a collaborative, all hands on deck setting
- Ideally available full time (Monday to Friday), though strong part-timers (min. 2 days/week) are encouraged to apply
- Could be just starting out in their career or ready for a fresh new chapter - we're open to both!
