Kedron based Accounting Practice looking for Permanent Full-time Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist. We are looking for a self-motivated & energetic person to join our team. This role is predominantly administrative. Role as receptionist is important but secondary to the admin role. Immediate start available.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-orientated team player who will be the first point of contact for our clients, having a polite & well-spoken manner, in person & on the phone.
Successful Candidate would be assigned duties as required, including organisation of inbound & outbound mail, administrative work and general clerical/ office duties. Familiarity with suburban public tax practice and tax matters would be beneficial but not a requirement, but experience in office administration is definitely preferred.
Responsibilities
Answer & direct phone calls
Make appointments for Accountants
Client contact
Handling office mail, emails, ATO communications, etc
Dispatch of Tax Returns to clients via post, email & electronic document signing
Invoicing & Debtors (MYOB)
General Office Management
Skills
Strong interpersonal, customer service & communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude & multitask
Good organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Work Unsupervised.
Handle multiple software programs
