Jr Admin/ First timer looking for a job

We have a trade service business and are looking for more staff to help run the day to day.

We're based in Yatala and are looking for a junior / work starter 17-22 to come help build the Business

we currently have about 15-20 staff and what I want is some one to

Help with :

Phone calls

Enter jobs into our system

Helping with jobs ( task)

Chasing up customers

Taking notes on jobs or job sites

Taking things to tradies who forgot stuff

Data enter into Xero ( if you think you can )

Ringing customers to get jobs booked in

Or at least telling me to if I forgot

Basically helping in the admin office

The candidate does not have to have any formal skills or knowledge we can assist with all that and we can learn parts as we go

The main thing I need is a fun go getter attuide that turns up , wants to work

Have fun ( and some days not so Fun

And just general help me to get stuff done so it’s not all on my plate

Drivers licence and or car is a must .
