We are now looking to expand our operations and are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Hobart team to drive our engagement and growth within the healthcare sector.

Your key responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical sector.

Conduct targeted outbound calls, emails and visits to medical centres (Australia-wide).

Research and map larger medical clinics and groups, building a pipeline of qualified leads to enter new markets or expand existing ones.

Assist leadership with the development and implementation of a strategic plan to expand our client base.

Cultivate relationships with Practice Managers and decision-makers to setup discovery meetings.

Provide information on new services and marketing campaigns to existing clients via our CRM (Monday.com)

Attend industry events and conferences to promote CyberSquad IT Consulting.

Key Requirements:

You are a motivated self-starter with a passion for business development and a proven track record in sales, preferably within the healthcare or IT sectors.

You have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with and influence decision-makers.

You are strategic and innovative, capable of developing and executing business development plans from scratch.

You are excited by the opportunity to have a significant impact on the growth of a company.
