Part-Time Business Development Manager

The Gig:
We’re on the hunt for a Part-Time Business Development Manager who knows how to build relationships, chase opportunities, and drive growth. This role is tailor-made for current or former real estate agents, conveyancers, BDMs or account managers with a real estate or property background.
You'll be the face of the Company—connecting with real estate agents, buyer’s agents, conveyancers, property managers and more—to build strong referral pipelines and elevate market presence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prospecting new clients and generating a solid lead pipeline
Cold calling and networking like a pro
Building strong relationships and creating real value
Managing existing accounts and spotting upsell opportunities
Flying the BeSafe flag and expanding our brand reach across Sydney
What You’ll Need:
Experience in business development or real estate
Real estate experience preferred
Confidence on the phone and the ability to close
Strong communication skills
A proactive, self-starting attitude and solid time management
Bonus points if you’ve worked with HubSpot (CRM)
