Since opening in 2017, Blue Manna Bistro continues to grow, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
Blue Manna Bistro is an award winning seafood restaurant, offering a menu based around the best local seafood and produce available, with a passion for simple, high quality food.
With our constantly evolving menu we work closely with our local fishermen to get the freshest seafood Western Australia has to offer
We are offering an annual salary of $76,515 plus super.
We are looking for someone who has
Love and passion for innovative and delicious food
A minimum of 2 years experience
Flair for Asian flavours
Great leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
A team player, able to follow directions and be adaptable and flexible
Superb attention to detail and communication skills
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Impeccable personal presentation and pride in your work
Can-do, positive attitude, with a calm & composed professional manner
Blue Manna Bistro is open for dinners Tuesday to Saturday and lunch on Fridays and Saturdays. We close Sundays and Mondays and all Public holidays. We are offering above award wage which is also negotiable for the right candidate.
