Your Next Big Role: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Melbourne North-West
Are you a natural connector and persuasive communicator with a hunger for success?
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of KIS's innovative freight platform, iCONSIGNIT, to new clients in Melbourne’s North-West. Your role is all about building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, demonstrating the platform’s value, and onboarding new clients while ensuring a seamless experience for their early bookings.
You’ll be required to pop into Melbourne HQ once or twice a week—typically on Mondays and Fridays—while spending most of your time independently hunting and closing business in your territory.

We want a solution-oriented sales professional with a hunter’s mindset and a passion for helping businesses streamline their operations. You’re someone who:
Is highly motivated, energetic, and thrives in fast-paced environments
Excels at building genuine client relationships
Has a proven track record of smashing KPIs and winning new business
Loves the chase—cold calling, prospecting, and opening new doors
Has excellent communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
Freight and logistics experience is a bonus, but not essential
