Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Support Officer to assist in the delivery of large-scale, complex ICT and digital projects. This role supports project planning, financial tracking, risk management, and reporting to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, budgets, and registers
• Support financial management including forecasting, accruals, and cost tracking
• Apply project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PRINCE2)
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to support project delivery
• Monitor project risks, issues, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting standards

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in project support or coordination roles
• Demonstrated experience in ICT project environments
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2)
• Experience in financial tracking and reporting for projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
