A dynamic opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing ICT Delivery team on a major transformation program. If you enjoy working in fast-paced, project-led environments where finance meets technology, this role will allow you to play a pivotal role in shaping outcomes.

🔍 The Role:
Reporting into the ICT Project function (not core finance), you'll act as the go-to commercial advisor across both capital projects and BAU operations. Working closely with Project Managers, PMO, and senior stakeholders, you’ll bring clarity and control to the financial performance of major technology investments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, accruals and financial oversight across multiple ICT initiatives.
• Provide commercial insight, cost tracking, and financial risk analysis to project teams.
• Own reporting deliverables to support leadership decision-making.
• Support year-end processes and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvement.

🎯 About You:

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Analyst or Project Accountant role.
• Strong background in supporting ICT or capital projects in complex organisations.
• Confident managing stakeholder relationships across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working independently and proactively in a matrix or project environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or similar (CA/CPA preferred).

📅 Key Details:

• Start Date: ASAP (preferred commencement week of 16 June)
• Rate: $900 per day + super
• Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)
• Location: Brisbane CBD (hybrid working available)
