About the role:
Seeking Project Administration Officer for our key utilities client. In this role, you will offer comprehensive project and program support to the consolidation project team, helping ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget by applying your relevant knowledge and skills.
Responsabilities:
- Managing user scheduling by updating the CSV file for reschedules received via inbox and using Microsoft Bookings to schedule new users, based on data from automated emails or Excel files.
- Managing the inbox by categorizing technical emails and notifying System Engineers or Desktop Support Officers as needed. Handling non-technical emails such as scheduling requests and general inquiries
- Recording, updating, and communicating user concerns and issues as directed by the Project Support Officers.
- Assist the project team and Change Manager with administrative tasks and daily operations within an Agile environment.
- Supporting the successful planning and on-time delivery of the project, ensuring it meets required standards, satisfies stakeholders and customers, and operates effectively.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proven excellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships and drive results — ideally within the Cyber Security sector.
- Proven ability to provide efficient project administration support to leaders within a commercially driven business environment.
