The Role
This fulltime role as Finance Officer is to provide financial administrative services. Specifically, the accurate processing of all accounts payable processes ensuring compliance with Town policies and procedures.
Our ideal applicant will have excellent time management skills, high attention to detail and have a proactive attitude. You will require a high level of writing and verbal communication skills, as well as fast and efficient data entry skills.
You will be joining the team at an exciting time as the Town embarks on a culture of change with embracing of a wide range of new technologies, a large capitals works program, and a number of other projects that make the Town a desirable place to live and work.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Certificate IV in Accounting or related discipline or demonstrated relevant experience
- National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class drivers license
- Rights to work in Australia
