The Role

We are seeking a professional with 2–4 years’ experience in residential property management to oversee a well-maintained portfolio. This role has been structured to focus on high-level management, ensuring you have the time and autonomy to deliver exceptional service without being bogged down by administrative overload.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end portfolio management with a focus on premium service.
• Acting as the primary liaison between landlords and tenants.
• Delegating repairs and maintenance through trusted trades and systems.
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and rental increases.
• Supporting lease preparation, bond lodgements, and ingoing inspections (as needed).
• No leasing, trust accounting, or routine inspections required.
• Working closely with a collaborative team and supported by exceptional administrative staff.

Your Background:

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in residential property management.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for delivering quality service.
