Our client is seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join their Sydney B&F team. You will work on the most complex and interesting transactions in the market. You'll have the privilege of advising clients from almost every sector, from government and health-care through to infrastructure, resources, media and banking. You will be mentored for development by the Partner and given the opportunity to be part of a diverse, genuine and friendly team.

About You

The ideal candidate for this Banking & Finance Lawyer/Associate role will have:

• 2+years' PAE with experience in a well-regarded firm
• Experience in project or corporate or property finance or asset finance
• Strong written and negotiation skills
