About the role:

• Liaising and advising high profile clients, investment banks, private equity funds/corporations and other Australian & International financial institutions.
• Broad exposure across high-value corporate transactions to complex restructuring projects, real estate finance, acquisition, project finance and corporate finance.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with at least 2-5 PQE and strong banking & finance experience.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
