JS Careers is assisting a leading Global Bank to find a Technology Lawyer to join their established team sitting in the enterprise-wide corporate legal practice.

Our client is looking for a 4+ yrs PQE Technology Lawyer from either a private practice law firm, an in-house legal function in financial services or a technology firm.

This role will sit in a global team and be responsible for providing legal guidance on high-value technology deals.

The role will get exposure to:

Core technology infrastructure

Personal technology

Cloud-based systems

Artificial intelligence solutions

Deals involving technology integration and business applications

Skills required to perform this role include:

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong negotiation skills

Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Commercially astute and continuously looking for ways to improve and innovate

Ability to build stakeholder relationships and demonstrate strong client commitment
