Charterhouse is partnering with a top global law firm to secure two key hires within its thriving Front-End Finance team. The firm is seeking:

• A Senior Associate, and
  
  
• A Solicitor with 3+ years’ PAE,

both with demonstrated experience in front-end banking and finance law.

These roles will see successful candidates play a central role in advising on real estate finance transactions, while also gaining exposure to corporate finance and selected acquisition finance matters.

About You:

• 3+ years’ post-admission experience in front-end banking and finance law, ideally from a reputable national or top-tier firm.
  
  
• Strong technical grounding in real estate and secured lending, with any exposure to corporate or acquisition finance being highly regarded.
  
  
• Ability to manage clients and matters with increasing autonomy, coupled with a commercial and solutions-focused approach.
  
  
• Strong academics and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
