Located in FRV’s Blackburn complex this role as a Rostering Officer will be responsible for the service delivery to our esteemed operational and corporate teams where you will support the cost effective, efficient and qualitative management of rostering within FRV Operations.
Due to internal movement FRV has a fixed term role available - 6 months!
The fast paced and demanding role would suit a highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and people skills. You will become a valued team member as you work cohesively to manage a large 1,000+ staff’s rosters where you will use KRONOS and UKG systems.
To help your success, the terrific rostering team will be there to support and guide you as you assimilate to FRV processes and staffing nuances. Having said that you are already a seasoned and well-practiced rostering professional who works well under pressure and makes a genuine and sustained contribution the team and your colleagues across the service and its departments.
In addition, as the Rostering Officer you will provide a centralised rostering service to assist in the control and coordination of operational staff to ensure best use of resources.
As part of a cohesive team, you will be the point of contact to answer questions and provide appropriate advice and information via telephone, email and in person queries.

To be successful in this position, you will have:
Extensive knowledge of and “hands on” experience with rostering systems in a large complex organisation.
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and application of EBA and Award provisions as they relate to rostering.
Ability to manage and prioritise workflow with a dynamic work environment and to be able to work well with both operational and corporate staff.
