About Us
Based in Carrum Downs, this business offers a variety of solutions for swimming pools and is currently looking for a highly efficient Office Administrator.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will liaise with customers, production, and technicians to maintain an efficient and updated production schedule for the warehouse.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Scheduling of service call jobs and supplier lead times
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, production, and technicians to provide accurate lead times
- Purchasing, procurement, stock and supply of materials and goods
- Data enter of quotes, receipt, and monitor stock accurately and efficiently
- Produce production reports to ensure full support from sales, office to production
- Comply with and improve internal processes to increase productivity and results
- Deal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomes
Experience & Qualifications
- Handled difficult problems or complaints to provide desired solutions
- A positive work ethic, a can-do approach and of course a sense of humour.
- Prior experience within a customer service or coordination
- Attention to detail and can work independently or team environment
- Ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritise work
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office suites and Xero
- You will have clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines with the passion and energy to achieve target.
