Based in in the Inner East of Melbourne, my client is a highly regarded professional services organisation who have been operating for 10 + years, they are a relationship driven business who are committed to supporting their clientele long term.
Due to growth in the office, they are now looking to add a friendly, and organised Office Administrator to their growing administration team.
This role will require you to be in the office 5 days a week.
About the Role:
As part of the wider Office Support Team for the organisation, your day to day will see you be responsible for manning the front office, responsibilities may include but not be limited to;
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Support various teams in the business with administrative tasks
- Mange invoicing & billing
- Support with Lodgement of Income Tax Returns, BAS’s and other necessary returns prepared for clients;
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients as required;
- Support on various other admin tasks as required.
About You
To be successful in this role we are looking for individuals with the following skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using accounting software's such as Xero/CAS360
- Previous experience as an administrator within Finance, or Professional services will be highly regarded.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- Professional phone manner and an ability handle confidential information
