We're looking for a dynamic and adaptable Project Administrator to join our clients team in Acacia Ridge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting project teams with travel bookings, accommodation & car hire
• General document control and administration across various teams
• Working with finance on invoicing, PO requisitions, and project controls
• Communicating with subcontractors around compliance, timesheets & invoicing
• Assisting with the creation of project plans and resource strategies
• Preparing monthly project reports and taking minutes during meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong admin all-rounder—you’re organised, efficient and love variety
• Experience in project admin, construction admin, or similar fast-paced roles
• Confident liaising with both internal teams and external subcontractors
• Based on Brisbane’s south side or happy to commute to Acacia Ridge, occasional site visits
