About the Role — Project Administrator (Full Time)
Based in our Yatala office, you will be a central part of keeping our projects on track across
Brisbane, Ipswich, Redlands & Gold Coast. Reporting directly to the Project Management
team and Administration Manager, you’ll support multiple projects, ensuring smooth daily
operations and support positive office culture.
What We’re Looking For
You are:
● Cooperative and reliable, able to take direction from multiple managers respectfully
● Detail-focused with excellent time management and accurate data entry skills
● Adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
● Professional in communication, both written and verbal, with a friendly telephone
manner
● Open to feedback and committed to continuous personal and team improvement
● Experienced or eager to grow in project administration, preferably with construction
background
● A positive, collaborative team member who’s open to learning and growth, and
approaches situations as a problem solver focused on finding solutions
Key Responsibilities
● Support Project Managers with daily project admin
● Collate pre-starts & timesheets
● Manage procurement: quotes, orders, tracking in SimPro (Experience preferred but
not essential)
● Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, & clients
● Maintain project documents (Safety Plans, SWMS, SDS, test results)
● Provide HSEQ admin support & assist with audits
● Assist with progress claims & compliance paperwork
● Document control using Aconex, Hammertech & Payapps
● Help Management with payroll in Xero (Experience preferred but not essential)
● Maintain equipment and Test & Tag registers
● Monitor projects and help resolve issues
● Support leadership with miscellaneous tasks
Qualifications & Experience Preferred
● Project admin or construction experience
● Skilled in SimPro, Dropbox, Outlook & Excel
● Experience with Xero, HR tasks, Aconex, Hammertech & Payapps a plus
● Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
