Construction and Accounts Administrator - Manage both administrative and financial tasks within a construction company, typically supporting the financial team and project teams. You will handle financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with budgeting, while supporting contractual aspects of a project. These include monitoring contract performance, handling variations, ensuring the project stays on track legally and financially with parties adhere to contractual terms and obligations safeguarding project coordination.

Key Competencies

· Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, financial acumen, and a keen eye for detail. This includes proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate records.
