Opportunity to join Australian SaaS company focusing on site to office admin processes, we are seeking a passionate payroll expert to join the team.

While we have no association with Key Pay or Employment Hero we are looking for someone with extensive experience with this payroll system. You will play a critical role in managing, training & implementing our clients payroll systems. This will include managing pay runs.

This lead role key responsibilities include:

• Providing advice to clients in relation to all facets of award remuneration for their employees that aligns with awards and EBAs.
• Providing advice in relation to current legislative requirements.
• Training clients on how to operate their new payroll system
• Completion of end-of-month processing.
• Completion of data integrity reporting within the payroll systems comparing system to award.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EBAs, awards and payroll legislation.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent written, verbal communication and customer relation skills. The successful candidate will also have:

• Minimum 5 year’s payroll experience
• Thorough understanding of award interpretation and superannuation legislation
• Key Pay, Employment Hero experience mandatory.
• High integrity and a strong sense of governance, particularly as it relates to remuneration administration
• Experience in payroll investigations and manual calculations
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Full understanding of end-to-end payroll reporting
• Current Police Check or willing to obtain
