We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable civil construction company, for a Payroll ERP Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis for a 6-month contract.

You’ll play a key role in the implementation and migration of payroll systems as they transition from MYOB to COINS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation phase of a new payroll/finance system (COINS)
• Manage the migration of data from MYOB to COINS
• Provide payroll processing support using MYOB and Timefiller
• Interpret and apply EBAs to payroll operations
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate integration

What We're Looking For:

• Proven payroll experience with MYOB and Timefiller
• Strong knowledge of EBAs and award interpretation
• Construction industry experience is highly regarded
• Experience with COINS is a significant advantage
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
