Payroll officer position - staff of 180

Flexible work hours - 25 - 30 hours per week, 3 days or 5 days school hours!

Responsibilities:

Currently an opportunity exists for a Part-time Payroll Officer to join the team in an end to end Payroll position. Responsibilities will include:

Ensure the efficient delivery of the full function payroll process for 180 + employees

Maintain sound understanding of payroll and award legislation

Calculate, report and pay PAYG and payroll tax

End of month journals and adjustments

Assist with year end audit

What we're looking for:

Minimum 3 years payroll experience

Experience in a high volume role

Construction industry experience highly regarded however not essential

Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
