Our client is a leading specialist plumbing provider in Perth, WA, offering innovative trenchless pipe relining solutions using new technology. With nearly 20 years of experience across residential, commercial, and government sectors, they pride themselves on delivering efficient, non-invasive repairs that avoid the need for costly and disruptive excavation, backed by strong warranties.
About the Role
Join our client's dynamic team as an Administrator, reporting directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our office and supplying essential administrative, financial, and compliance support to help uphold our high standards and mission to deliver outstanding pipe relining services across Perth and beyond.
What we need from you
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update our client, supplier, and staff databases
- Demonstrate proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office
- Assist with scheduling through ServiceM8 (training provided)
- Manage document control systems via Dropbox and Ezy Collect
- Answer phones professionally and assist internal teams
- Support safety and HR documentation, including new employee setup
- Maintain compliance records for suppliers and contractors
What you’ll bring
- Experience in financial and administrative systems (MYOB, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent organisational skills with experience in payroll, billing, and receivables
- Familiarity or willingness to learn scheduling tools like ServiceM8
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and compliance control
- Ability to collaborate with the General and Operations Managers, and liaise with external accountants on tax matters
- Clear communication and customer service skills, including phone support
