Spraygro Liquid Fertilizers is a leading well known manufacturer of Crop Nutrition Products that are distributed via a network of dealers/resellers Australia wide and for the Export market.

We currently have a full-time permanent opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team based in Gillman (near Port Adelaide). This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday.

This role requires a range of responsibilities, including import processing, data entry, inventory control, assist and back up to the Accounts Payable/Receivable function, receiving and forwarding communication and taking care of more general clerical duties.

Key Accountabilities for the role will include but not be limited to:

solid knowledge of office procedures

proficiency Outlook, Excel and Word

strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

excellent written and verbal communication skills

experience with Sybiz Vision is a bonus but not essential

have a positive “Can Do” attitude and ability to multi-task
