Join Our Team as an Administration Officer!
As the Administration Officer, you will be at the heart of our Community Health services in the EFN Region, delivering exceptional, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors. Your role will be vital in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all, making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring a professional and efficient administrative support service for Community Health.
- Resource Management: Support the effective management of resources within the Community Health Services Division, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Reception & Administrative Support: Deliver efficient front office reception and administrative assistance to enhance service delivery.
- Strategic Outcomes: Contribute to achieving the objectives outlined in the Country Health SA Strategic Plan.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold statutory and organizational requirements, ensuring a safe, healthy work environment free from discrimination.
What We’re Looking For:
- Administrative Experience: Proven ability to provide a comprehensive range of administrative and clerical support services efficiently.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with computer software, particularly Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Health Care Knowledge: Understanding of primary health care and community health principles.
- Confidentiality Awareness: Knowledge of confidentiality practices and information security standards.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
