Company Accountant vacancy for growing property developer

Your new company

You will be working with a growing developer based here on the Gold Coast. Our client is currently working on 14 live construction projects which include townhouses, apartments & house & land subdivisions. These are predominantly in Qld, located on the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba & Redbank Plains. In addition to these, they also have 4 further projects in our pipeline.

Your new role

Due to an increase in projects, the CFO is looking for a reliable Company Accountant to join the team.
Responsibilities include:

• Bank reconciliations
• AP/AR
• Oversee payroll
• Understanding of BAS and payroll tax
• Invoicing for each project

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have previous experience in the construction industry and at least 5 years' experience of accounting.
