This role is open to someone who is currently in a Senior Public Practice accounting role and looking for their next step into commercial industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily bookkeeping, transaction processing, and supervise AP/AR staff
• Manage invoicing, account reconciliations, and company cash flow
• Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting
• Support BAS preparation and lodgement
• Liaise with internal teams and external accountants to ensure smooth communication
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and support process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in public practice accounting or similar finance roles
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards it
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or Netsuite / JobPac)
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive mindset
