About the Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you'll take the lead in overseeing key accounting functions, providing strategic business insights and guiding a high-performing team. You'll have the chance to work closely with a dynamic client base, drive process improvements and influence financial strategies that shape real business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, promoting a positive, growth-oriented environment
• Prepare and review tax returns for companies, trusts, SMSFs and individuals
• Compile and analyse financial statements across multiple entities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive tax and business advisory support
• Oversee financial processes including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting and internal controls
• Manage workflow and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery

Skills & Experience:

• CA or CPA qualified, with solid experience in a public practice accounting firm.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Highly organised with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Detail-oriented, approachable, and resourceful
• Committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry regulations and best practices
