About the Role

An exciting position has opened in our Head Office to support the accounts team in a very busy environment. You will join the team to be responsible for all accounts payable in a very high transactional business. This role is fast paced and requires you to be highly productive. You will play a crucial role in the business’ success and client service delivery. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all accounts payables/billings are received and processed in a timely manner.

Reconcile all payments received.

Manage and process payments.

Data Entry

Investigating customer queries and providing solutions in a timely manner

Work with multiple software platforms such as Xero, Westpac, ANZ and Attache.

About You

This role will suit a candidate with accounts payable experience however previous experience is not essential. You must have a keen eye for detail and have experience working through multiple office programs. The role is high volume, fast paced but ensuring accuracy. Successful candidates will possess the following skills:

Strong Organisational and attention to detail skills.

Demonstrated ability to process large volumes of accounts.

Ability to adapt to complex computer systems.

Ability to work to deadlines.

High productivity level
