Classification: ASO2 - Full-time (Mon-Fri) / Short Term Contract
Payrate: $37-$38 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable/Recieveable Officer to join our client's dynamic finance team in their Adelaide branch. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial operations of a vital public service agency, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payment requests in line with government policies and procedures
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve payment queries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support monthly reconciliation and reporting tasks
• Assist in continuous improvement of accounts payable processes

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in AP / AR (required)
• National Police Clearance (obtained within 12 months)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., TechOne, SAP)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Call centre and data entry experience desirable.
