Contract Engineering SA is an experienced Fabrication business that provides services to multiple industries across South Australia.

We are currently seeking a suitable candidate who is a motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Officer. This is a part time position requiring 20hrs-30hrs

Experience and Knowledge:

The successful candidate will have:

A strong background in Accounts Payable and Receivable

Demonstrated computing skills, knowledge and experience using Xero accounting system or similar platform

Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting processes and procedures

Well-developed interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills

Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook

A team player approach with a high level of service professionalism

Previous experience in an accounts administrator or similar finance support role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
