Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Accounts: Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain up-to-date financial records using Xero.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process customer invoices, supplier bills, and manage incoming/outgoing payments.
Bank Reconciliations: Match bank transactions with financial records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Compliance Support: Assist with BAS, PAYG, and other regulatory reporting alongside our internal/external accountant.
Collaboration: Liaise with internal staff and our internal/external accountant, while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
Office Administration: Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, filling forms and maintaining office systems.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Demonstrated experience in accounts or bookkeeping roles.
Software Skills: Solid working knowledge of Xero.

Qualifications: Certificate or diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting is advantageous.
IT Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), cloud-based systems, and general troubleshooting.
