💼 About the Role
As Practice Manager or HR Business Partner, you'll be the strategic engine behind the day-to-day running of the firm. You’ll work closely with the Directors and senior leadership team, overseeing everything from HR and compliance to systems, staff wellbeing, and team development.
This role is ideal for a people-first leader with a passion for efficiency, culture, and continuous improvement.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across the firm 🏢
• Driving HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management 🤝
• Managing employee relations, wellbeing programs, and retention strategies 😊
• Leading billing, reporting, finance coordination, and compliance oversight 💡
• Partnering with leadership on firm-wide projects, systems, and staff engagement 🔧
• Championing the firm’s values and culture at every level ✨

👤 What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in a Practice Manager, HR Partner, or People and Culture role
• Experience in legal or professional services is highly desired.
• A confident and capable leader who can juggle multiple priorities with ease 🧠
• Exceptional communication, people, and problem-solving skills
