Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Multisite Operations Manager to take the reins across multiple high-performing venues. Reporting to the COO and working as part of our Senior Leadership Team, this role is all about empowering people, elevating standards, and driving exceptional performance.
You’ll be a trusted leader, hands-on operator, and commercial thinker who thrives on mentoring teams, making strategic decisions, and ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations across multiple venues with a focus on service excellence and profitability
Drive revenue forecasting and manage COGS and Labour costs to hit targets and stay ahead of market changes
Lead, coach, and develop strong leadership teams at each venue
Ensure smart rostering and staffing that align with business levels and budget
Maintain service standards, product consistency, and team training
Collaborate on menus and beverage offerings with Executive Chef and Bar leadership
Monitor performance and implement initiatives to grow sales and customer engagement
Drive compliance across WHS, hygiene, and operational best practice
Support marketing activity, promotional events, and local community engagement
Lead by example — drive a positive, accountable, high-energy culture
What You’ll Bring
2+ years in a similar multi-venue or senior operational role
Proven leadership experience in high-volume, premium hospitality environments
Strong commercial acumen and performance mindset
Confident decision-making and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Excellent communication and people management skills
RSA and RMLV (or ability to obtain)
Hospitality Diploma or relevant business qualifications (desirable)
