Your New Role
As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, exceeding client expectations, and contributing to the continued success of Silk Hospitality. Key Responsibilities

Contribute towards achieving the company’s strategic and operational objectives.

Implement and maintain operational systems, processes, and policies.

Drive long-term planning initiatives geared toward operational excellence.

Perform quality controls and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.

Seek and respond to client and guest feedback to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify operational inefficiencies and develop site improvement plans.

Control costs across operational departments and analyse results to identify opportunities.

Develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s organisation and business requirements.

Provide effective leadership to hotel housekeeping teams, ensuring productivity and high performance.

Plan, direct, and coordinate service delivery to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and development of housekeeping staff.

Adhere to workplace health and safety policies, attending safety meetings and training as required.

Prepare weekly productivity, quality, and operations reports, addressing variances with action plans.

About You
Professional in presentation and approach, you have extensive experience in hotel operations and a proactive attitude that earns the respect of your peers. Results-driven and customer-focused, you understand the balance of delivering exceptional housekeeping services and thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments.

A passion for the industry with an unwavering commitment to excellence and best-practice customer service.

Proven success in a similar role, consistently meeting and exceeding objectives and targets.

A thorough understanding of the processes and methods that ensure a successful housekeeping department.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive high-energy teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of financials, budgets, and cost controls.

Flexibility to work varied hours as required by business needs.

Outstanding time-management skills, highly organized, with strong attention to detail.

Strategic, analytical, and innovative problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
