About the Role- Operations Manager

Avolta is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead the food and beverage operations across 6 sites at the Cairns Airport, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and business profitability. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in mentoring staff, managing operations, and supporting business growth through sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and drive the successful implementation, development and growth of the end-to-end operations

Lead and develop all team members

Strategically partner with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any operational challenges

Formulating strategic objectives for different departments

Manage P&L performance for your sites and implement cost management strategies to drive commercial outcomes for the business

Ensuring a strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the production areas and fostering a strong safety culture

Qualification and Experience Required

Extensive experience with Multi site Management in a food and beverage setting

Excellent Leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

Self Motivated, With the ability to adapt to change

Franchise management experience

Strong business acumen with knowledge of COGS, Wages and Reporting

Airport experience optional but highly regarded
