What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the trusted face of Plum, helping customers find the best heating and cooling solutions. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll need to be confident in making outbound calls, following up on leads, and managing multiple enquiries at once - all while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers

Conducting on-site consultations and assessing client needs

Preparing accurate, tailored quotes based on customer requirements

Managing a high volume of enquiries and appointments in a fast-paced environment

Maintaining professional standards and ethical sales practices

What You'll Bring:

Experience in sales, preferably within the heating and cooling industry

Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people

Excellent verbal and written communication

Confidence using computer systems for quoting and scheduling

A valid Victorian Driver's Licence

Availability to work Saturdays on a rostered basis
