About the role

Fantastic opportunity exists in our dynamic team at MAW Motor Group for a Sales Consultant in our Coburg North, VIC 3058 location. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for driven sales professionals to contribute to the success of a leading independent automotive dealership. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality vehicle range.

What you'll be doing

Managing Sales leads from our various advertising platforms

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle from our extensive inventory

Provide knowledgeable and informative sales support, guiding customers through the purchasing process

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities to drive sales

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery

Introduce and offer Warranty where applicable

Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, industry trends and competitors

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions

What we're looking for

Demonstrated sales experience i.e. must have automotive industry experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic sales team

Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Current Valid Victorian driver's licence and a clean driving record

Highly driven, highly motivated individual

Current Medical report

Current Victorian Police Check required
