Key Responsibilities:

Focus on customer retention & loyalty.

A key part of the role is contacting guests approaching the end of their finance term or capped-price servicing to discuss upgrade opportunities and new vehicle offers.

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.

Showcase our extensive range of new vehicles with in-depth product knowledge.

Enjoys dealing with customers and going the extra mile to create customers for life

Requirements:

MUST HAVE a proven experience in car sales with a strong track record of success.

Enjoys dealing with customers and going the extra mile to create customers for life

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
